I’ve learned like any other diet that this takes planning… and that’s probably why all my other diets have also failed.
I need to make a meal the night before to be prepared for the next day. So far I’ve had PB & J for lunch twice (but hey, it’s still vegetarian!!). Last night I was excited to have teriyaki tofu, and when I got it… it was awful!!! I guess I’ve been tainted by general tso’s tofu… fried… delicous.
At work we will be having a BBQ shortly, I made sure that there were veggie burgers for all us vegetarians, apparently there are a few in my new department.
